Annie Lee | Blue Monday |
Five days into Black History Month and I am muhfuckin' tied.
Tired of bad news, tired of the thievery, the murdering, the lying, stealing, and fuckery of it all... Plus it's election year so we've only just begun.
Remember when I wrote about the rage? Well, we are in full bloom of rage season and I don't see it ending unless someone has a plan because people have pissed away all that PPP money and these fools out here treating everyone like they are good for the picking.
What's really sad is that there are no boundaries, and there are no neighborhoods that fall on the "safe" list. We are all on high alert in the Nation's Capital. I couldn't tell you what is going on if I tried but I do know that the rage is real.
I've personally experienced a piece of it myself cause why do I need to tell you to stand 6 feet away from me? Why must I remind you to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze when it would be quicker and more satisfying just to pop you real quick?
Is it the solution? No. I know that. Most of us know that but believing that the other person knows better activates rage that has been sitting in a quiet place ready to pounce on the next person that tries it...
And "It" is anything that you should not be doing if you are not familiar with one another and includes looking in another's direction for longer than 5 seconds. I don't make the rules but I am just trying to share them as they come across my mind to serve as a reminder that none of us really want to fuck around and find out yet we are finding ourselves amid the ultimate fuckery. SMH
My only advice is to be on high alert cause people need things, including that Canada Goose so govern yourselves accordingly. After all, unfortunately, anybody can and will get it this season and perhaps the next.
Stay safe my friends.
