Don't let it break you.
Control your emotions.
Don't let them see you cry.
Then my soul whispers, "Tears cleanse the soul, please let it go. I need to be free, but you keep me hostage each time you will not allow me to express our feelings. Stop trapping me in here. I was sent here to rule the body, and I've allowed you to lead with body and mind long enough. Not anymore, move out of my way. Today, we cry. Today, we cleanse. Today, we get clear. And tomorrow? Tomorrow, I will lead us on another path. I am not asking you to trust me. I am you. I am asking you to trust yourself. Trust your feelings. You are no longer influenced by what other people think or their judgments. You are no longer driven by mortal thoughts and teachings. Your internal compass has always been mapping it all out for you. Follow my lead. I know the way to true freedom. Trust that you are perfectly made, and any imperfections you feel called to change are all a part of the journey to your ultimate self. Trust that what you believe are obstacles are just your personal training in how to be the best human that I, your soul, was sent here to be. Trust me."
My soul screamed, "Trust me!"
